All new clients must initially pay for each transaction via our secure online credit card facility. Cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
Once received traffic warrants changing a client's status to Account Customer, a client may apply for a 7-day account after an initial 30 day period.
Digital Ads International endeavours to turn all incoming jobs around in under two hours during office hours. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOUR JOB HAS SUCCESSFULLY REACHED PUBLICATION until you recieve an email back EXPLICITLY stating that your job has successfully reached said publication. The fact that you have a transaction reciept (Digital Ads Invoice and/or Bank transaction reciept) in-hand merely indicates that your job is now in progress through the Digital Ads International 1st PHASE verification system.
(Note: All dollar figures are quoted in Australian dollars (AU$). All charges exclude GST.)
All files submitted via this system will attract a minimum charge of AU$12.00 excl. GST.
How charges and taxes are handled between countries:
* Australian customer to Australian publication - Job fee + GST (charged at 10% of job fee) * Australian customer to international publication (outside of Australia) - Job fee + International Surchage (charged at 75% of job fee) + GST (charged at 10% of total) * International customer to local national publication - Job fee and no other taxation fees * International customer to Australian publication - Job fee + International Surcharge (charged at 75% of Job fee) and no other taxation fees
All credit card transaction customers must send files in Adobe PDF format only. Once uploaded, your file is analysed automatically for print size, and the cost to continue is displayed to you before you commit to the transaction. This cost i s based on the printable area of the file being delivered to the publication.
Newspaper charges: Ads being transmitted to a newspaper publication (including newspaper inserts such as TV & lifestyle magazines) are charged for by the square centimeter, at a flat rate of $0.16 per sq/cm.
Magazine charges: Charged by block of A4 or A4Extra page area. "Magazine" denotes an A4 or A4Extra publication as published by dedicated magazine publishers. 3DAP-compliant and certified hard copy proofs for magazine publishers can be generated by Digital Ads International as part of a SEND job, and couriered to the publisher, yourself or both for a cost of $38.00 excl. GST per proof copy.
Delivery of proofs by courier for digitally-transmitted SEND job - fee AU$15.00 per destination.
Quarter Page - If area is up to 185 square cm,it is considered to be a "1/4 Page" ad and attracts a cost of AU$22.00 excl. GST.
Half Page - If area is between 185 and 360 square cm, it is considered to be a "1/2 Page" ad and attracts a cost of AU$44.00 excl. GST.
Full Page - If area is between 360 and 680 square cm, it is considered to be a "Full Page" ad and attracts a cost of AU$66.00 excl. GST.
Double Page - If area is between 680 and 1,260 square cm, it is considered to be a "Double Page" ad and attracts a cost of AU$88.00 excl. GST.
Account customers may send single files of any type, and a collection of files must be gathered into a single folder and compressed into an archive, either .ZIP or .SIT prior to upload. Account customer terms are 7 days from date of invoice.
All files transmitted to International destinations attract an additional 75% surcharge.
